How do you keep it clean ?

I keep mine in a plastic bag when not in use. Do not be concerned about any staining. This, although obvious, is of no consequence. Every time you reheat the mask you are cleaning it by destroying any bacteria which may be secreted on the surface.

don’t own a microwave, therefore please could someone advise if there’s an alternative method to heat the eye bag ?can this be heated in hot water.

How many times can you reheat this? It says 200 is this accurate?

The patient information leaflet provides the following information under section 6. “GENERAL RECOMENDATIONS FOR USE”: “Blepha Eyebag is safe and efficient to use up to 200 times before it must be replaced.” Therefore, given that the instructions for use provided in the patient information leaflet are followed, a single Blepha Eyebag may be used up to 200 times. After 200 uses it needs to be replaced.

How long in the microwave?

Place the Blepha EyeBag in a microwave and heat according to the power of your microwave as below: Above 750W – heat for 30 seconds 750W and below – heat for 40 seconds Caution: if your microwave is greater than 1000W, you may need to reduce the time. Only reheat from room temperature. Further heating a Blepha EyeBag which is already hot can be dangerous and lead to overheating. Allow the Blepha EyeBag to cool fully before reheating. Make sure you only set your microwave for 30 seconds, and not 30 minutes! Stay by your microwave while it is heating. Do not use the metal griddle supplied with some microwaves as this may burn your Blepha EyeBag.
