Effective as zit patches and much thinner and less noticeable than patches I've bought in the past. I'm glad I bought a bunch

These are great for not picking at acne work great

Bought it as a buffer between my nose and my glasses as I always get acne in that area whenever I wear glasses. Works well. For the people who said they ordered a 10pk but only got half of the order, maybe the seller finally fixed it but I got the 10pk that I paid for. I bought it knowing the 4pk was at a similar price and risked possibly not getting the 10pk but it paid off. Can't comment on the effectiveness of it but I have noticed it's not as thick as the Mighty Patch. Wish it was easier to peel off the plastic as it tends to bunch up so I had to resort to pointed tweezers. The smallest ones don't stick very well but that might be the fact that my glasses are right on top of it and rubbing it. Overall they serve their purpose.

Update: 9/05/23I was pleasantly surprised to receive a message from the Seller, who offered a solution and says they will consider my suggestions. I am updating my review from 1 star to 3, due to the excellent customer service I received. I really hope they will change these to the type that have the perforation down the middle backing, because I got these at a very good price.I have used several different brands of these kind of patches, and I know that the ones packaged with a perforated line down the middle of the clear backing on each row of patches are MUCH easier to remove and work better because of it—many times, removing the ones packaged on a solid sheet of clear backing causes the edge which you remove them from to slightly fold over on itself, causing issues with the adhesion and don’t stick on/stay on properly. I carefully looked at the the listing’s pictures to determine if these have the perforated type backing (which completely resolves this issue), and could see in one of the listing pictures, they did. I just received them, and they don’t—they are on a solid piece of backing. I’m so mad at myself for being in such a rush—I was buying something else on a “Flash Sale”, which has to be completed within 15 minutes & was down to the last 2 minutes, so I rushed. I also prefer the patches WITHOUT the added medication (they stay on better, even all night, & they don’t start curling up around the edges). It is getting harder and harder to find the ones without the medication added, also frustrating, which resulted in over ten minutes of searching to find what I was looking for. Most of the ones now available are more expensive than the non-medicated ones—you’d think they would be easier to make and less expensive! I finally found these, which are non-medicated, had a decent price, and I THOUGHT had the perforated backing. If I had scrolled down to the customer pictures, I would have seen that the ones being sent out DO NOT have the perforated backing! Arrgg!!! I will never again rush to add something to a Flash Sale order ever! I always try to buy items like this together and choose a delivery date that “uses less packaging and fewer trips to my home”. Oh well—lesson learned. I’m going to return these—don’t want to use 480 (I did receive 10 sheets) of these that mess up just trying to remove them! Not happy.

These are complete garbage. We have used Mighty Patch for a while and thought I would try this brand as a less expensive alternative. They do not work, they don't suck up any gunk, completely useless. I'm just throwing them away.

Great set of patches-- this is the largest amount I've seen in a pack like this and at a reasonable price. It works exactly as they all do-- it sticks well (on clean dry skin only) and it pulls out whatever is in your pores. I haven't had any problem with dots falling off, with them not adhering. This HAS happened, but only because my skin wasn't yet dry and I rushed the application. If my skin is clean and dry, these stay on.They do not have tapered edges like my favorite pads do-- but they're perfectly fine to sleep in and practically invisible unless you've had a really clogged pore and it's now absorbed by this dot. In that case, as you may already know, the dot looks horrendous. So, if you're wearing them out, make sure to check them periodically so you're not wearing one that is way past its prime.I go through a lot of these and love how they work. I prefer the dots to larger patches and sometimes wear them over troubled areas that aren't really broken out but that suffer from clogged pores and are at risk of breaking out.My son had a really tiny skin tag that appeared out of nowhere. Very strange. He was about to go to the doctor to have it removed but tried this first. In just ONE application, that tiny tag came off.So, I really recommend these.

My wife tried these patches and found them effective in clearing up /reducing the swelling on skin blemishes. She tried all sizes on her face, neck, and back. Clean the skin surface, pat dry, and leave the patch on for a few hours. Sometimes when you lift the patch off you can see the pus has been pulled out. For the most part it was very safe on her skin, but I would not recommend leaving it on for 24 hrs as she did develop a spot after forgetting about the patch for too long. Her skin healed fine though. The Amazon product page says you can do overnight. I think it depends on the sensitivity of your skin. If you have sensitive skin I would recommend testing it on a hidden area first.The other bonus is they are clear and not very noticeable. You probably won't want to go out with one on your face, but putting it on another area like your neck etc might be hidden from view depending on your clothes and hair.

These patches work very well, I have tried a few different brands and have found that these seem to draw out a lot more stuff, they are thicker than the others that I’ve tried but I only use them overnight so that doesn’t matter. For the amount that you get (480) the price is great.

Not as great as the hero brand but they still work pretty good.

These are definitely worth the money! Especially when they come in discount packs like this. This works best for regular pimples or when you've pop a pimple. I find Im less likely to scar when i put this on. I find it works less with pimples that are deeper under the skin.

Overall love the product, sometimes the adhesion isn't always amazing
