Forge TSA Approved Cable Luggage Locks, Re-settable Combination with Alloy Body

Great lock! It was easy to program and feels quite sturdy. No slight against the lock but buyers should be forewarned that the lock is not able to fit a good number of zipper holes. I purchased the lock for an upcoming excursion out of the country and found that the part that is to go through the zipper hole and then click into the lock did not fit. After reading other reviews I found this to be an issue with others. For the record and consideration of other buyers, the luggage was standard and brand-new Samsonite set. So, it wasn't inconsistent with updated luggage/zippers. Order early enough to allow for a return or adjustments if needed. Rating of the actual product remains a five.

Every dial, latch, and cable operated perfectly right out of the box. For luggage, these are ideal. There are heavier, more specialized locks for hard cases, but for at‑home storage, these offer far better value if you do not commercial travel with your hard cases. Overall, dependable, well‑made locks that inspire confidence every time you zip up your bags.

Got a new piece of luggage that didn’t have lock holes in the zippers like all my other past luggage I’ve had. Needed this type of lock so it can loop the cable through the zipper pulls. Programming the code locks was easy and well thought out by the manufacturer. The locks themselves feel very durable. The red color makes it stand out against my black luggage and also makes it easy to find when I remove it. Would definitely buy again and highly recommend.
