Plan on a learning curve but worth it!
Came on time, packaged well, brand new condition. The CD/DVD was worthless. The drivers were self loading and even though you can't access the manual there is awesome tutorials on YouTube to get started.

High-quality refurb indistinguishable from new.
Tablet arrived quickly, nicely boxed - cannot really tell the difference from brand new product. That said, this is small from the standpoint of useful area, but not a small tablet - it is a touch larger than the prior generations' (Intuous 3) medium tablet - for a marginal increase in usability.I bought this as a replacement for a nine-year-old tablet; didn't check the software bundle so can't comment on that portion.
