HEALTHY AIR FAN FILTERS S:BOX FAN S/2

It seemed like a good idea until I tried it. It totally blocks the air coming out of the fan rendering it a useless fan. Also puts a strain on the fan motor now not cooling it therefore the motor is getting hot. The box fan is not designed to handle the load this filter creates burning up the motor. Buy an air filter system thats designed to clean the air and not by converting your old box fan into something it's not meant to do expecting the same results. I'd be affaid of possibly burning down our house to safe a few bucks!

These fit fine on a box fan. However, they greatly reduce the wind blowing on you. I would rather clean my fan then have less air.

I just received this today, delivered by USPS, very fast delivery. Comes in a small plastic envelope, 2 to a package.This is a fine mesh hair net for your fan, I would advise anyone who uses box fans should get a bunch of these, I just placed one on a box fan, very easy, slips on the back. Right off you can see it is going to filter dust from being sucked into your fan and getting blown all over your place, yuk!When they get dirty, trash them, they're inexpensive item.Great simple product, I will need more of these.Edit:I've had this product attached to my box fan for about a week now, I must say honestly, thumbs up, fantastic product. The dust in my apartment is reduced significantly. It does reduce air flow, I just turn up the fan power one notch, which makes more noise but keeps the air flow up.I really, really don't like dust and every day I check for dust levels on my electronics and everywhere else. This fan dust screen helps significantly with my dust battles.This is a no brainer product. Why would anyone let their fans run without an intake air filter?Well I didn't know this thing even existed but now I do and I will never let my fans run without a good quality filter attached to them everagain.

Fit and quality is good but it is too thick to let any air flow through the fan. It is like you only getting 10% air flow. If it was thinner, knowing it filters less, but that would at least let a reasonable amount of air flow. I would have been happy with like 60% air flow. I stand right in front of the fan and can only feel a slight breeze.

Add appears to be a fan but all you get is a very thin filer.

Really pulls the dust out of the air.
