Failed not long after purchase. Nightmare trying to get a refund. Eventually had to get Amazon involved, gave them plenty of chance to rectify the purchase. Constantly fobbed me off with excuses. Avoid.

Son loves it,easy yo put together

I ordered the hoverboard and go kart combination. The kart appeared fine, however the hoverboard did not work from the moment it arrived.We charged it for several hours, and it made a loud annoying alarm sound when we switched it on. We then left it overnight to charge and had the same problem, not working and sounding of an alarm.We contacted the seller who suggested we do some troubleshooting, which we did, but to no avail. The seller then repeatedly told us we simply weren’t charging the item, and if we “insist” on sending it back they would deduct the return fee, and a possible depreciation fee.I couldn’t believe that in this day and age of technology someone could think two grown adults were incapable of using a charger correctly.I had to contact Amazon, they assured me I would get my refund and when I sent it back on a prepaid label, I did get a full refund.

Granddaughter loves this.lights and sound is fab and fast

This was bought for my 6 year old son and it’s been a really great bit of kit. Battery lasts longer than I expected. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Only one side of the hoverboard worked when we first got it. I contacted the seller who couldn't do enough and sent us a free hoverboard bag to apologise for it taking so long. The new hoverboard is perfect, it arrived with a fully charged battery and both my children have played with it non stop. The go kart attachment takes a little while to get in the right position but works perfectly. 2 happy kids with a happy mum.

My Segway said delivered and signed for but I was out all day with my children so I don't know what happened to it but I didn't recieve it, I sent and email to explain they sent me a form to fill out and sent me another Segway which is great because I'd of lost 200 pound. Great communication thankyou will definately reccomend and use again

Bit fiddly to build but it’s fab my son loves it

Gekauft zu Ostern für meinen kleinen Sohn (6)...der sitzt im Wägelchen und düst und düst und düst...Die Steuerung war ein Klacks für ihn zu lernen. Mittlerweile habe ich schon Slalom-Parcours aufbauen müssen und es geht um die "Bestzeit".Mein großer Sohn wollte gleich das "eigentliche" Board ausprobieren und was soll ich sagen: Nach anfänglicher Stützhilfe klappte auch das innerhalb eines Tages, dass er sicher oben fährt und mittlerweile auch im Haus fährt...ohne irgendwo anzustoßen... Es wird Gleichgewicht, sowie auch Gefühl sehr gut trainiert...Fazit: Das Teil ist allemal sein Geld wert!!

1- problème de fixation du kart sur le hoverboard des l’achat. Au bout de quelques tours faits par les enfants, on est obligé de serrer l’axe de fixation avant de repartir.2- le hoverboard n’a tenu que quelques mois. Un problème de batterie visiblement car en changeant de chargeur, ca ne marche pas non plus. Résultats produit a jeter au bout de quelques mois d’utilisation pas parfaite!3- le vendeur ne répond pas aux sollicitations.ÉVITEZ CE PRODUIT !

Ich habe im Juli 2022 meiner Tochter das Board gekauft, was zunächst auch funktionierte. Über den Winter war es ohne Gebrauch und als im Frühling das Wetter besser wurde wollte, fuhr meine Tochter wenn Sie wie immer alle 2 Wochen bei mir ist und das Wetter mitspielte wieder öfter- jedoch konnte man schon deutlichen Leistungsverluste des Akkus feststellen. Ende Juli war es dann soweit das der Akku noch ca 10 Minuten hielt aber dann 3 Stunden laden musste.Da sich unser Urlaub mit der Reklamation überschnitten hatte und nur wenige Tage drüber waren bekam ich die Mitteilung, dass ich keinen Anspruch auf Nachbesserungen habe, da die Garantie bei Akkus nur 1 Jahr liegt.Schon von Beginn der Reklamation war zu spüren, dass der Verkäufer nur an einem Verkauf eines Ersatzakkus interessiert war der 50,00€ kosten soll(te). Man hat sich der Thematik und meinem Problem während des Verlaufs nicht angenommen, auch Amazon konnte leider nichts machen da der Verkäufer wohl nicht direkt zum Amazon Marketplace verkauft und somit wohl kein Verkäufer ist der nach den Amazon Fullservice Regelungen ist. ALSO HIER BITTE SCHON MAL VORSICHT und sich genau über Reklamation und Rückgabe informieren- das hätte ich auch besser gemacht.Fakt ist;Für den Preis gibt es nachweislich deutlich bessere Hooverboards aber die Enttäuschung meiner Tochter war für mich schlimmer. Ich kann von dem Kauf nur abraten, insbesondere nach der Haltung des Verkäufers aber auch unter der Tatsache, dass ich den Akku, hätte ich den gekauft, selbst einbauen müssen, was dazu führt das alle Garantieleistungen erlöschen da ich ein Laie bin und einen Eingriff in das Produkt gemacht hätte. Wer weiß was sonst noch dann wäre…Eltern; tut Euch einen Gefallen, lasst es hier-Ihr wollt nicht in traurige Gesichter blicken wenn nach ein paar Monaten der Akku streikt.
