Unfortunately, these are amazing and I am hooked. I really didn't want another habit. It's everything I ever wanted in a lip cookie. Way better than Zyn. Completely satisfying.

I was curious to try these when I saw them, they are very good all the flavors are tasty and they don't feel bad in the mouth they also clearly label which have caffeine and which are caffeine free. The only complaint I have is that the pouches themselves are a bit large and it can take a minute to get them into a comfortable spot in your mouth. After reading some of the other reviews it seems that they used to have smaller pouches it may be a good idea to go back to that

Stains the teeth, pouches are large, flavors are very mild, not a good fit for me.

Very strong flavors and last for a few hours. They also do give you a little bit of a pick me up
