I don't really believe in extra vitamins etc. But after a particularly nasty bout of flu I was feeling so lacking in energy so I tried these and they do seem to help. I would definitely recommend them.

On receiving these gummies on 23 January 2024 I was not very happy that they need to be used by March 2024. I am already using another supply of elderberry gummies and was hoping I could store these until the others were finished. Now I'll have to force-feed my husband rather than keep them in the cupboard and open them when I actually need them!

We have two young children in elementary and preschool and they bring everything home. The past two years have been miserable as my older just has one cold after another and is basically sick for 5 months straight starting from October to February every year since being in school. And the Dr. basically said, deal with it, there is nothing we can do. So I tried everything, apple cider vinegar, zicam, honey, washing hands more, sterilizing the house, everything to prevent colds from spreading to all of us in the family in the most natural way possible, which the colds always did and we were just always miserable. This summer I read about Elderberry and was like, sure lets try it out. So I did! And we have not been sick (knock on wood) since August 2018 and is now the end of Feb 2019. We have tried three different kinds of Elderberry gummies as there are a lot of options out there and we prefer this one because most of the others contain zinc - which unfortunately due to our high intake of it before trying to ward off colds, now causes myself and my youngest to get small hand water blisters and my husband to start to lose his sense of smell/taste when we ingest high qtys of it - so we like this brand as it doesn't have zinc! So it works for us! And I will continue to use it. One thing I don't like is the high amount of extra sugar added to it, they are basically like eating candy, so not a huge fan of that, but the kids love them as they taste great! I would highly recommend this product as it has worked for our needs 100%.

I recently started using elderberry gummy supplements to help boost my immune system. I was looking for a multivitamin with elderberry when I came across these. They are honestly everything I could have ever asked for. I’ll start with the cons (-): - 1 dose is 3 gummies, it is a little much to take all at once several days in a row. Some days I split up the dose and take 2 in the AM and 1 in the PM or vice versa. - they are sour gummies; I don’t really care for the sour taste every single day. The pros (+): + the raspberry taste is actually very tasty, it’s not overly sweet or sour. + it has all the essential vitamins that will help aid proper nutrition in both men and women. + affordable + easy to store + no negative side effects (like nausea from harsh vitamins). Expect to notice effects within 2-3 weeks of consuming daily.

Taste like candy lol but seems to be doing what it's supposed too. My energy is up. And I feel more like completing all my task.
