With the lid screwed on, a bottle is 3.75 inches tall.

Q: Do the caps have rubber inner seals or paper seals?

Definitely not paper, it is a clear plastic that has a little nub on it - looks like a shortened perfume sample inside cap. Sorry, I can't be more specific!

Q: What size syringe adapter would fit into the top opening?

I know the best thing to do would be to get a variable size adapter. That way it will ensure it fits the top of the syringe.
