I ordered this because the description says dishwasher safe, but the bags say “hand wash only” - was I sent the wrong kind by mistake?

I have washed mine on the too rack of my dishwasher with no problems. The bags are quite sturdy. I really like them for marinating meat and freezer storage. I also use one in my gym bag for bottles that could potentially leak. Ordering a second set.

Do they absorb and retain smells? For strong smelling food items.

I haven't used them for anything that I would say has a strong smell. But with normal use for lunches and leftovers I haven't noticed any retained smell at all. My wife put hot sauce in one and it didn't leave any smell, but it did stain the bag orange

I just received these dec 31. one of the gallon bags corner seam is not sealed. how do i get a replacement for just the one bag?
