SGEYR Audio Adapter, DisplayPort Audio Extractor, Bi-Directional, DAC, Digital Optical to Analog, 5.1, for Multimedia Speaker, TV, PS4, DVD

Have an old 5.1 computer speaker setup (Cambridge Megaworks 550 THX) that I decided to repurpose with a raspberry pi running raspotify output via a DAC that has 2x phono standard red and white output. This box does a great little job of emulating the signal that the speakers will accept it via 3x3.5mm cables and it accurately does front, rear, and centre+Sub. For this price it's a fantastic little hack.

This adapter does exactly what it promises – it extracts audio cleanly from a DisplayPort source with no noticeable lag or drop in quality. Setup was very straightforward and it worked instantly without needing extra software. Build quality feels sturdy and it’s been reliable for me so far
