Q: Do these allow people who are Red /Green colorblind to see those colors?

Slightly, but not much. And you have to at least have the photoreceptors for those colors. Most colorblind people have the receptors but they don't work well, but a few don't have them at all. The glasses simply filter all the light except red and green so that the proportion you see of those colors is slightly improved, but it's a subtle difference.

Q: Are these disinged for someone who can see white as green?

I don't know who these would help. When we got these, they turned out to be just an over priced pair of sunglasses. There was no affect on colors.

Q: Can these be worn over prescription glasses?

You can, If u plan to do so I'd put these on 1st and prescription over, because these are a good fit and will be close to your face. Try contacts

Q: Are they similar to enChroma?

I have never used enChroma glasses. I have partial red green color blindness, so I would not want to invest in $400 to improve the red green colors that I already see. These glasses for $75 work for what I need to enhance these colors. They also enhanced the clarity of vegetation, especially trees.
