Anyone Doing Attic Insulation?
These disposable body suits are incredible. You can't beat the combination of price and protection that they offer. My particular use for this DuPont suit was to install insulation in my attic. The house is 40 years old and I needed to remove the old insulation and then lay down new insulation. I've heard all the dreadful stories on how you get itchy from using fiberglass so I thought for a few dollars, let's give this a try. Awesome! When you first get this in the mail you almost wonder if it is even there. It's incredibly thin and light and is folded to this size of an 8x10 piece of paper. Do not let the thinness of the material fool you. It is incredibly strong and will take a lot of abuse before it starts to rip and breakdown. Since I was crawling all over an attic on my hands and knees this suit will protect every part of you except your hands and face. This model has booties so it will even protect your shoes from fiberglass. For your hands, YOU need to get a separate set of rubber gloves. It does and excellent job for protecting your clothes from dirt, soot and anything else you can find in a 40 year old attic (DUSTY up there). While the suit was turning black on the outside I was staying clean and protected on the inside. As someone else mentioned, although it is supper light and thin, it DOES hold body heat. This material doesn't breath. Since I was crawling along an attic and getting my heart rate up, you will build up a little sweat but nothing major. Also after 2 days (12 hours of work) the feet eventually started to rip and break down but again, for the price and the abuse I put my suit through, crawling on plywood and dragging my toes on it, it still exceeded expectations. As for the size of the suit, I'm 5 foot 11 inches with a 34 waist. X-Large size was fine and fit well. Overall: Buy it. It's totally worth it.

Attach boots are a must in a roach infested apartment
Had to clean a roach infested hoarders apt. I got XL size I'm 5'8 and it was a little long. But that was okay because it covered my feet and I wore long gloves for my hands and arms and a mas. And the suit work great. Was able to wear one of them three times.

Durable
Reliable protection, breathable, and comfortable for long wear! I purchased this DuPont Tyvek coverall for a home project involving insulation and attic work, and it exceeded my expectations. The material is lightweight yet durable, offering great coverage from head to toe with the attached hood, booties, and elastic wrists. Disposable but durable – I used it for several hours crawling in tight spaces with no rips or tears. Highly recommend for anyone needing trusted protective gear for DIY, industrial, or cleanup tasks. It’s affordable, easy to put on, and does the job right.

Sizing for women - what worked for me
I thought I'd post a review to help anyone trying to determine sizing for women. I'm 5' 6", 130 lb. and generally wear a size 8 pants. I ordered the medium and it fits really nicely. It's a little big overall, but there's elastic at the waist that actually cinches it tight, and when worn over jeans it fits exactly right. The legs are a little long for me, and the booties are huge, but when worn over tennis shoes it was fine. I'm glad I ordered the medium and not the small. The small might have fit me a little snug (like it appears in the picture), but I wanted a looser, baggier fit, and that's what I got with the medium. Loose enough to wear over whatever I want, but not so big that I'm swimming in it. And I ordered this for probably the ODDEST reason ever: a mosquito suit. I live in the Gulf Coast region, so for 6 months of the year we are overrun with clouds of mosquitoes. As soon as you step outside, you're mobbed. That leaves two choices: bug spray or wearing long-sleeved heavy clothes in 95 degree weather. I hate reeking of bug spray all day and winter clothes in July are just unbearable. So I'm REALLY glad I stumbled across this jumpsuit. It's perfect for quick trips out to the garden, since I can zip it up over whatever I'm wearing - tank top, pjs, whatever (lol!). I don't get bitten through the tyvek material, and so far it has been really durable. I don't use it when I'm out there digging or doing any intensive work - just for trips when I want to pick dinner or do light weeding - but it saves me from having to slather on bug spray. I know sooner or later I'll probably get little rips or tears, but that's what duct tape is for! Excellent product, affordable, and very durable for a disposable product. I can see how this would be really useful in a LOT of situations!

They were the same size as the ones you buy in the big box stores.
Our double wide mobile home had a serious broken water pipe in the kitchen and destroyed the underbelly of the home...the crawl space is just dirt and cobwebs and rat droppings in the wet insulation that have accumulated for the past 30 years so we used these tyvek full coverage (with hood and boot coverage) to work in this mess. Not one contractor would take the job of removing the mess so we had to do it ourselves. It took us weeks to remove the entire belly board/insulation but these suits are a very good thing to wear when you are working in these horrible conditions and we are in our 70's. The suits do not last too long for our work which is crawling over rocks and the suit will get snagged/ripped easily but at the same time they do last through washing machine and dryer. I can patch the holes with any tape we have on hand like tyvek tape or even duct tape. It is much cheaper to order them online as they cost so much more at the big box stores and will continue to need until we are done with under the house repairs. I finally ordered a box of 6 so i didn't have to drive to Lowes every other day for another suit. So anyway the box of 6 arrived in a timely way in good condition and are the same as if i had got the same suit at the box store. they are very thin weight so comfortable in the hot summer and now that it is cold/fall they fit over heavier clothes. Just pay attention to what you want in your suit because it come without attached hood and foot/shoe coverings but for us working with spiders and old rat droppings and whatever droppings from whatever critter that has infested our insulation over the past 30 years we need also the hood and foot.

You get what you pay for
As a DuPont brand, the suit does offer great protection against pesticide and other similar chemicals. The fit/size are terrible and I have no idea who served as model for it. So if you want real protection, you will have to tape your wrists so they don't slip up. That's it, you are good with it. Unless you don't need to crawl and stretch to reach difficult spaces. Then the suit will tear like paper. For the price, it's a nice Halloween costume.

Good purchase
This was perfect! Durable and sturdy. Did not rip or tear while crawling on small rocks and debris in crawl space. fits true to size, recommend ordering 1-2 sizes larger to accommodate clothing underneath.
