Q: How do you keep the padding from falling down when you walk? One end of it doesn't attach to anything, and it keeps slipping down.

I took mine off, it has Velcro on it. Reinstall it to follow the same path as the main strap so the lose end tucks in by the buckle. Hope this helps.

Q: What size should I order for a size nine mens shoe?

I would think medium. I were women's 9 & ordered medium & fits fine. 🙂

Q: What's the return policy?
