I'm going through chemo and have had neck surgery & back issues too. This mat is fantastic! There are 5 vibration pattern settings and low, medium, high intensity, as well as heat. You can select full body or choose one or more areas. I prefer the auto setting that includes all of the vibration patterns, 60 minutes at a time and heat. It is a very relaxing experience and that helps with my pain. I have had other vibrating mats over the years and this is one of the best. The price is also great… I highly recommend this mat!

I have been using Relaxen products for years and have never been disappointed. I'm disabled, suffering from chronic severe pain, including nerve pain, and their body-length mats are perfect for me. I use mine in my recliner only, which is where I am most of the time. There are 3 modes of intensity, which is great for different levels of pain. The heat is just enough to soak in, but not scald you. I love the different modes of pulsation; helpful to hit which part is hurting worse. This model has a removable pillow and washable cover, which allows you to put a bigger pillow in, which I do if I'm sitting up in my chair working on my computer table. This brand has never let me down, especially in terms of durability. I confess I have the thing on most of the time I'm up, with about a half hour in between uses. I mention this because these last me for at least 2-3 years. I imagine if you didn't have it on constantly, it would last longer. I had to buy a different brand waiting for this to be available again and that brand didn't last a year before the wires blew. So glad when this was back on Amazon. I highly recommend this, especially if you have chronic pain. Would be equally great for normal massaging.

I got this gift for my mom for Christmas who works really hard and always complaining of body aches. she loves it, it works really really well and she likes all the motors in it. However the heat isn't as strong as I thought. Over it's relaxing and comfortable.

This product is excellent. This Massage Mat provides some very good padding. I am a person who has suffered from insomnia for several months now, and have always have been trouble falling asleep. I wanted to find something that would help loosen me up, help me relax and night so that I could fall asleep. I have spent time reading reviews about these "massage mats". This {Relaxzen 60-290804 10-Motor Massage Mat with Heat and Removable Cover and Pillow, Gray} as well as the Belmint Back Massager, called" Belmint Back Massager | full body Massage | 10-Motor Massage Plush | For Full-Body Relief with Heat (Beige) I ordered both mats at the same time, and received them on the same day. I used both for an hour, putting them on my bed, the couch and the floor to compare how well it's rollers massaged, the heat and the comfort it provided.I found the Relaxzen 60-290804 10-Motor Massage Mat with Heat and Removable Cover and Pillow, Gray} to be superior because this mat provides much more padding at a lower price than the Belmint Back Massager. "Belmint | full body Massage | 10-Motor Massage Plush | For Full-Body Relief with Heat (Beige)" The Relaxzen mat with the extra foam is very comfortable, it's great to lay on. I appreciate the great materials that are used.The Relaxzen mat has very good quality. I've been using the Relaxzen mat every night since I received it, in order to be able to fall asleep.It has been working exceptionally well, with no problems thus far. It's been helping me alot, and have seen some improvements in my well-being. I do not have nearly as much back pain as I used to. I am sleeping better than I ever have because this mat has allowed me to relax and night and fall asleepI highly recommend this product!This mat is perfect for me needs! I am not concerned about anything happening to this mat, because if anything would happen, Amazon the seller and fulfiller. I have no doubt Amazon would work the customer about providing a replacement, in some form or fashion. It's really made a difference in helping me sleep, and I am glad I spent the $50 on this mat. I purchased the extra foam with removable padding and it's been working just fine.There have been no issues or problems with the operation or function of the mat thus far. I'm so glad I made purchase, it's been put to good use! Very satisfied!***Update****(5 Months) product is malfunctioning.Massage Mat is no longer functions properly. 8 of the 10 motors only work now. The "Hips" no longer lights up, no longer provides a massage in that area of that mat.For now I retract my positive review and I plan to call the manufacture for a replacement.

I changed my rating to 5/5 stars because they offer amazing customer service and the mat is very nice too.Hello, The massage mat I ordered worked well for 3 weeks and then one of the motors just stopped working. This is insane for it to malfunction so quickly. I would not recommend this mat to everyone because while it looks Nice it doesn't last very long. I hardly used it often, only about 20 mins before sleep. I am very displeased and would like a replacement or refund.

I love this vibrating/heating pad! This is not a massage pad, but rather a soothing vibration that aids in comforting my severe RSL and Venous Insufficiency pains. I am disabled with many afflictions and this pad is a God-send! I gain so much relief when I lie on it. I run it all night long and am certain I will wear it out soon, but it helps me more than anything else I have tried. The vibration helps to circulate my blood and calms the pain in my legs, hips and back. I am 5'9" and don't feel the vibration on my neck, but that is okay since my back and legs need this vibration more than my neck. I love this pad and have ordered for other family members who deal with chronic pain and they benefit from it as well. I recommend this pad highly!

Worked great at first. Then the whole left side stopped working completely after two months.
