It's a good idea but needs some creativity: Follow-up to First Review
I was so excited to get these, put them together, then halfway through realized I had nothing to stake them into the ground with. (update1) Finally found some large stakes (looks like a large 8" nail) that my husband cut the tops off. Hammered it into the ground and slipped the plastic tubing over. CAUTION: very unsturdy plastic, bend slowly and carefully. I used 3 to make the arch and was worried I would bend the plastic but being careful, it didn't bend. Held all summer. Customer Service replied to my 'problem' saying, "dear...you don't know how to use this..." you just push the plastic tubing into the ground -- well I don't know what kind of dirt they have where they are from, but that pretty much destroys the ends of the tubes. So creative problem 1 solved.(update2) And after adding the mesh fabric over the tubing: Problem 2: there are no 'draw strings' to draw the ends closed, or to tie down to the poles -- it just blows away with the wind and the bugs come in on the ends; Problem 3, the fabric just lays on the ground along the entire length of the row, making for a lot of muddy fabric. I thought about cutting it to size, but I didn't want it fraying, and what would I hold it down with, without putting holes in it (maybe zip ties or twisty ties-no); next year I will try rocks.

Inexpensive but effective
Several reviews have mentioned that the product is flimsy and lightweight. Yes, it is light, but you can strengthen it as much as needed. I am using it over a raised bed with wooden sides. My arcs are 6 sections long, with 8 hoops over a 4'x8' bed.To keep it from blowing away I got some electrical staples to fasten the bottoms of the arcs to the wooden bed frame. I also used three cross-braces, running the long way down the bed, to keep the shape from deforming. I have a light mesh cover to protect my veggies from birds and bunnies, and the edges are held down by bricks. It took three sets to get all the materials, but it looks like a good solution.

flimsy for high winds - company addressed my dissatisfaction
Don't use if your area has any wind. Flimsy and bends right over in any type of wind. I will use them for plant stakes. I appreciate the company contacting me about my dissatisfaction. They refunded my money. They did not have to address my concerns but did. I was very grateful to them. I have no problem buying something else from them in the future. Very considerate company. I have so far had success using the tubing with netting, but don't use anything heavier.

Good find/buy
Fairly easy too assemble, nicely packaged. Probably more my doing then the product but they collapsed under the snow...( I very last minute and haphazardly put them up). My plants survived an unusual 2ish foot of snow (Texas). Would buy them again but I made sure to buy 2 two packs. (So I'm sweet for the future).

Not worth it
The hoop structures don't stay connected well and the fabric that came with it literally disintegrated in the month and a half I had it out "protecting" my cabbages.
