Print Head issue - Blue color will not print even after multiple services
Worst Product from HP I ever used . The issues faced are as below :1)Print head issue - Blue color will not appear and it shows as pink in print.visited multiple time service center and they serviced and send back again . Theyy clean the print head and it will start working two months again it will fail .. They are not willing to replace the print head.2)Empty Pipe issue - After multiple service of the printer opening and cleaning , Ink tubes becoming empty . And this need many troubleshooting get filled ink tubes . Many papers and many inks.3)Network connectivity issue - Wifi will not detect at all and do multiple reset and all. Finally after the firmware upgrade we fixed the issue ..HP support and Amazon support is pathetic and I am not recommended this printer which gives this much of tention and frustration.

Ev ve küçük ofis için en güzel yazıcı, tarayıcı cihaz. Tank olması çok hesaplı, çıktılar kaliteli, arkalı önlü baskı sunması çok iyi.Önceki versiyonu 8 sene kullandım, çarpma sonrası kırılınca buna geçtim.

Ürün başarılı, ama mobil app üzerinden kurulum sorunlu...
Uzun yıllardır Laser model printer kullanan biri olarak, bu ürünü gerçekten de başarılı buldum. Sayfa baskı kalitesi güzel ve hızlı bir şekilde basıyor. Özellikle arkalı önlü baskısı gerçekten de hızlı. Kutu içerisinden 3 adet siyah GT 53 XL ve birer adet GT52 renkli mürekkep çıkıyor. Bunlar sizi yeterince idare eder.Benim sorun yaşadığım tek kısım ürünün kurulumu oldu. Cep telefonu üzerinden mobil app ile kurulum yaptım. Wifi şifresi, kullanıcı oluşturma gayet basit ve anlaşılır ama en son printer Security verify adımında sınıfta kaldım. Printer üzerindeki info tuşuna APP de belirttiği gibi 1 dokunsam da olmadı. Olmadığı gibi printer wifi da sıfırladı. Verify olayını bitirmedim ama printer kusursuz bir şekilde çalışıyor sanırım app de bir sorun var.
