Went to use the black, and on first touch to the cardboard mat to prime it per instructions it exploded all it's contents onto my clothes, carpet and nearby ironing board. It isn't returnable to Amazon and had to argue to get a refund, but they seem to not care that it caused damage to my personal property. HUFF. All I wanted was to paint a simple thing and relax. BTW I have used other brands bought locally just fine over the years. This one is junk.

Only worth the quantity of markers for the price! The quality is lacking! Markers come less than half full (very little paint in them) and some of the colors are very deceptive! The neons especially do Not match the lid color at all, the neon green is a nice muted pastel green, BUT no where near a florescent green shown on the lid. Only benefit is that the bodies are refillable if you can come across similar paints.

These are cheap, low quality paint pens. If you just need it for a non-important, occasional project they are ok. After shaking them for 30 seconds or so and pumping the tip a few times they may work. There was no true brown in my box, only gold and a darker green so I had to buy a brown pen separately.It should be noted that the orange has a yellow tip, and the paint flows yellow, but after 30 mins or so it will turn orange.The customer service was slow, but did rectify an issue. One of the pens leaked paint badly so I emailed them. Over a week later they responded and asked for my Amazon order number. I provided it immediately and 2 days later they responded that they would send a replacement. I received the replacement about a week and a half later. They made it right, but it took a long time.It worked for the limited use I needed it for, but I wouldn’t buy it again.

It seemed like a great deal to get 18 colors for the low price. Well, now I know why it was so cheap.....worthless! They hardly have any paint in them at all. One of the markers came out chunky and two or three markers came out with hardly any color at all. I tried shaking them until my arm hurt and still a milky white color with maybe a slight tint of the color they were labeled as but it looked more gray really. I wanted to use them to draw numbers on a clock I'm making and the silver marker BARELY had enough liquid in it to draw 4 numbers that each barely measure to be 3 inches tall. That's just ridiculous. I'm super unhappy and hopefully nobody else has the terrible experience that I did.

These are as advertised. They work fine for what I needed them for and, as a bonus, the pen marked Orange, was, in fact Yellow. I called the discrepancy to the company's attention and they responded immediately and sent me an orange pen at once. Anyone who employs human beings are going to have mistakes. How they handle them make all the difference. No complaints here, Great seller, great product. Thank you TCP Global.

We love them. Bought them to redecorate A Little tikes car. some of the markers are having issues with the tips falling out of them though. we just have to pick them up and put them back in which leaves a lot of paint on our hands. But they work well otherwise!

Do NOT waste your money on this product. They do not work- like - at all. If you enjoy spending 10 minutes shaking up the pen prior to use only to have the pen dry out in seconds then this is the product for you. I tried 3 pens out of the set. One pen broke and the paint was seeping out of the sides rather than through the tip. They do NOT work well when used on acrylic paint, which is why I bought them. I was preparing to return this item based on the use of one only to find that they are NOT returnable. Very disappointed.

First time I ordered these markers they worked great! I ordered more because I ran out of a few colors... The red isn't red. It's more orange and the white had a pink tint. I didn't write on anything red. I was writing on something grey. No reason it should be pink. The light blue wouldnt fully mix no matter how hard and long I shook it. Maybe I just got a bad batch of markers
