I'm usually opposed to the blind optimism (and potentially fraudulent) five star review, but this product deserves to be easier to find. My only ick is the name "Upstreman". There aren't any competing companies using the name "Upstream", so they could have taken it.It's below talking level, but not at whisper level. Probably a false whisper. The internal oscillation is cool, and the controls are minimalist. Heats as well as any unit this size. I have no more notes. It's great!

This is one good looking space heater. Got tired of the dull, boring black boxes. Found this in white and best of all it looks like a bigger version of a HomePod. Safety feature was also nice because a little tipping and it automatically shuts off. Thought the clanking sound was a defect but it's actually the safety feature! Heat output is good and fan is quiet. All around I'm pleased with it and it fits beautifully as home decor.

Update on the update: SO I was explained 1. The rattling noise is because the heater has a metallic ball inside, once the heater is hit down, the ball will trigger the power-off device to avoid burning. The metallic ball will make rattling noise when the product is shaken.2. Our heaters are designed with internal oscillation, meaning there is no mechanical body rotation to the heater, which will make it a lot safer, quieter, and last longer than traditional heaters.They were so kind to refund my 2nd order and I am able to keep the item great customer service by Johnny.Update: Received the new one today, I am disappointed, this one has a rattle as well. It also is not oscillating either. The only good thing is that the heat works but THATS IT! I will be returning for a refund.I just received my heater literally 10 minutes ago, pulled it out of the box and yes there's a rattling noise, plugged it up just to see if it will still work. Heat comes on but it DOES NOT oscillate. I have sent this back for a replacement. I will update this post once I get the replacement and see how it does.

This heater is perfect size and color & function but I just wish the cord was white instead of black. It just looks too weird having a white heater with black cord it just doesn’t look good

Got my first one opened it up had a rattle like some of the other reviewer say it would not oscillate. Within 15 minutes of receiving it ordered a replacement got it today It also had the same rattle when I received it opened it up knowing it wasn’t gonna work. Plugged it in turn it on for oscillate sparked and now it doesn’t work. I love the looks of it the first one did put out decent heat but I’m not gonna keep something that’s broken when I get it.

I had purchased another heater and thought it was pretty good… Until I bought this one. It makes the first one look like a toy. It’s awesome

Overall, this heater is proving to be quite serviceable for our needs. The device can spread warmth over a fairly wide angle while remaining stationary on the outside. An internal device oscillates to spread the heat over that angle. This is different than any of our older space heaters and I like this. It warms a room up quickly and isn't too noisy.

This little thing is a monster. This thing will heat up a room so fast , it’s like having central heating.
