The teapot is lovely, but it arrived without the metal ball. So the tea doesn't have time for residence

The teapot and cups are cute, but it arrived without the metal ball which is kind of defeating the purpose.

A beautiful tea pot but a part was missing on shipment. The seller was great and sent the missing part right away. Great gift. My daughter loved it.

It looks nice. But - it came in the original box which was not secured . And it doesn't have any instructions. There is a silver ball attached to it without an explanation of what is is for. For the price - NOT worth it !

The media could not be loaded.  Aesthetically pleasing to the eye. Great gift for someone who like to drink tea or expresso shots . Must be very careful as there is a lot of glass.

Works great only thing is it does drip does not seal but tea tastes great!!

I liked the design and I was enticed by the price, but for $70 I thought it would be bigger. I probably just misread the size in the description but it works fantastic, and can make enough tea for 1-2 people at a time.

The media could not be loaded.  Beautiful set, but I will admit I envisioned a slightly bigger pot. Not that I’m upset with it, just thought it would be bigger. Bobby Pin is in the picture to help reference the size. I would say it brews about 10oz at a time? I usually drink 20-30 oz so I just brew my leaves 3 times. The filter fits perfectly and no loose leaf ended up in the bottom pot when draining. It might drip a little it the metal ball is t perfectly in place, but I just tilted the glass a bit and it covered the hole perfectly.It’s cute and fun, sure to elicit a ‘wow’ or ‘that’s cool’ from guests lol.

It’s very cute it’s functional the only one recommendation I would make so the company would be to include a spare ball bearing because if you accidentally lose it down the sink or in the garbage for cleaning out the cannister you gotta find your own replacement ball bearing

Its a talking point. Completely dominates the room its in, and brews the tea perfectly. Easy to clean, and all I can say, if you like drinking tea, and want to make a statement whilst doing it, this device is for you.Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Well, this device can be considered a centrefold. LOL

Llego en perfectas condiciones y un día antes de lo anticipado, el empaque se ve bastante cuidado y protege a la perfección el producto, este es un regalo y la verdad estoy muy feliz de que llegara sin ningún problema!!
