Q: Is this like a Lego set? Where I can built the ship or is it sent already together

These are like old school model ship building, but better. The pieces fit together so you don't need glue or anything. There are stickers that you apply instead of having to use model paint, though it gives you instructions and color codes if you want to go that route. The stickers are amazingly precise, which is really surprising when you think about putting a 2D sticker onto a 3D object. I only got paints for the most rounded of objects, like the eyes on the snakes of Hancock Boa's ship. The instructions are all in Japanese, fyi, but the numbers are in English and the diagrams are clear, so it's not an issue.
