Yes, it is watery like a toner. I use it in a spray bottle.

Q: What are the ingredients?

There are about 50 ingredients and the printing on the jar is all in Japanese, which I cannot read so, unfortunately, I cannot help you out. I started using this to replace Lancôme Tonique Comfort. It’s a toner for dryer skin. I like this lotion a lot. The fragrance is a bit strange in the beginning but dissipates quickly and now I don’t notice it at all.

Contains amino acids (glutamic acid, arginine, and leucine) to hydrate skin; vitamin derivatives; rice ferment filtrate (sake). Other ingredients: Water, butylene glycol, arginine, glutamic acid, rice ferment filtrate (sake), arbutin, potassium ascorbyl tocopheryl phosphate, sodium tocopheryl phosphate, leucine, 1,2-hexanediol*, citric acid, styrene/acrylates copolymer, dipotassium glycyrrhizate, retinyl palmitate, arachis hypogaea (peanut) oil, hydrogenated lecithin, PEG-60 hydrogenated castor oil, glycerin, sodium citrate, citric acid, tocopherol*, phenoxyethanol, methylparaben, fragrance.
