Q: How long does alarm sounds off

It will sound off for a good while. I have not had it shut off by itself. It is way to loud and annoying to ignore it.

Q: When the timer alarms does it also flash so you know which timer is buzzing?

Yes, the flashing one indicates the end of the time.

Q: Can you set each timer individually?

Yes you can. Each individual timer can be set to different times. It also offers a reminder timer which is good for me as I have to rotate my pretzels halfway through baking.
