**Edit** After I posted my review, customer service reached out to me and did their best to make things right. They also said they would look into quality control to keep this from being an issue for others. They were very quick and kind when responding. They stood behind their product and that is important.I purchased these to go over a hot tub and they broke while putting them up. While lacing them up the cord pulled out of the last few lights. The lights no longer worked. This was very frustrating as it was about an hour of work to get them up, only to have them fail at the end. My husband had to rewire and solder the lights to fix them. Don't know how long they will last now but I was ready to rip them down after all that work. Definitely unhappy with the initial product experience. Will update in future.

They look amazing and it is fun to have so many options!

This is one continuous strand, and comes in a box. I purchased these to put around my railing..but trying to drag over 700 lights through each rail, is a bit much. Would be good for wrapping around a tree, but not for a deck

I love these pastel colors. I am using them for my lobby for Easter, but will also use them for my all white Christmas tree. Love them....

We put these up for Christmas decoration last year, and we were very impressed both by how much area they cover and how nice they looked.The cord is so thin and the lights are so unobtrusive that we didn’t take them down after the holiday was over. You can’t see them unless you’re really looking for them. They’ve been up for six months now, and they still work perfectly when we turn them on occasionally.I don’t know how many seasons they will last, especially being outside all of the time, but if I can get two Christmas holidays with them, I’ll be happy. The length of these light string is far longer than any other set that I’ve bought before, so they’re very cost effective. I’m very happy with them.

This is a super long string of lights and it is so nice to be one and done. We have a 12 foot artificial tree and this one string does the whole tree in one piece. Because I used it inside I can't speak to the waterproofness of these. The remote works if you are pretty close and have direct line of sight to the module, and the timer function is nice. There are a lot of modes but I prefer just the solid multicolor and not the flashing/chasing/pulsing or anything. The white cable gives these a snowy wintery kind of effect too. These lights seem pretty bright but the colors are almost pastel in comparison to other LED lights i have gotten so maybe they are not as bright? I don't know, but I am not as confident in how well they'd show up if I used them outside on the porch. A different 300+ foot strand I bought came with a spool which I found to be very helpful in keeping the lights in order when not in use, I wish these came with a spool like that.

The media could not be loaded.  We have these lights up and going as Christmas decorations. See the video I've included to see what they look like. I'm glad I didn't put them on the tree. Despite the number and brightness of these, I'm not sure they are sufficient for a tree--at least at the lumen level I like tree lights at. But as lights under tulle on a mantel, they're great! And the slow fade between colors is wonderful. You will love these.This is a BIG set of lights, many lights and many feet of cable and said to be waterproof, thought I haven't used them outdoors.A few observations:1) As I said, this is a BIG string of lights. It doesn't come on a spool, but in kind of one big brick (see photo). I dread the thought of taking it out, putting it up and taking it down each year. The twists and tangles will be intense.2) The lights are not standard LED minilight size Christmas lights, but smaller. Are they dimmer? I think slightly but not in any unsightly way.3) There are a lot of color variations and patterns included, but I can't find a way to set your own color or pattern. You take the stock variations and use them, or you leave it one of a few basic colors (including a basic warm white).4) The LEDs are permanently attached with shrink connectors. They are not replaceable. I don't know what happens when one goes out. I hope and expect that the others remain on, but I can't test this to find out.5) There is an included remote (IR, not radio) which cycles through eleven color patterns and at least four brightness levels. You can set a timer for six or eight hours from the remote as well. The remote came with an included battery and a spare in the box as well.6) A number of the included patterns and brightness levels (perhaps all, I can't be certain) can be set from the infrared receiver box which is included in the line serially between the plug/AC adapter and the line of lights.7) I can't tell how bright this would appear on a tree. It contains a lot of lights spaced just under six inches apart, but I don't think each individual light is as bright as a standard LED minilight/fairy Christmas tree light. Held in a bunch and illuminated, it's VERY bright.9) The cabling is clear with white shrink wrapping around the LED connections, making the whole look rather white. I would prefer a dark cable because the white shring wrap and clear cable stand out against a live Christmas tree, unlike green...
