How much shrinkage can I expect in washing the tank top? If shrinkage, is it just the length or the width, also?

I searched for 95%cotton and 5%spandex and this shirt came up, however I am seeing it is 100%; which is it?

I normally wear a lg tshirt but tend to size down. Can anyone suggest buying true to size or sizing down with these undershirts?
