Sadly no, and I wouldn't bother with the l/xl. I'm approximately 110 lbs, thighs 16 inches around calves 14 in around. I sized up to the l/xl because I don't like things painfully tight. While they do have stretch to get them on the material is uncomfortably compressive. Felt like my legs were in a vice, not just 'gently hugged'. The first pair of fleece lined tights I tried were also super small so I think that's just how they run. So I don't recommend trying any unless they actually offer more sizes since you're going to have to size up multiple times to have a chance at a correct fit.

How warm are they? Like how many grams are they rates for?

They are warm enough. It really depends on your tolerance to cold and how cold it is in your area. If it gets below 20 degrees F, and you will be out for long in the open, you will get cold in like 10-15 mins at most.

is this machine washable?

It'll last longer if you hand wash it. I get about five washes out of them on cold/delicate with line dry.

I am 5'3" and 164 lbs. Please let me know which size should I buy?

I chose the size by my weight rather than height and they fit great!

These are perfect! TTS. Stay put, the fleece is amazingly soft!! I bought these for the price thinking I’d wear them on occasion to work under skirts and dresses in the winter but I ended up wearing them several times the first week- under dress pants to work, under jeans out to dinner, and under joggers out to run errands. The fleece is so soft and is thick enough to block the cold. Only downside is that because these are not very snug on my feet (I have small, thin feet) when I wore these with heels, my foot did slide some in the shoes. It was better with socks over top and in sneakers.
