yes this AIO comes with adapter plates for intel's LGA 11XX and 12XX cpu sockets but older packages won't come with LGA 17XX sockets

Does this come with the rgb controller?

Yes, it comes with an SL controller which you can plug the RGB from the fans and the RGB from the pump head to.

Does the lian lid galahad aio 360mm cooler come with sl120 v2's or sl120 v1's?

my AIO came with v1's because that is what was all you got at that time. I would go to Lian Li and look up the install sheet to see if thay have changed it to v2.
