This is the second one I have bought for my Flip 3 as the first one only lasted about 8 months before the oleophobic coating starts to wear off and it lifts away from the crease. But no other complaints as it is still premium and protects the screen as advertised. Reading some of the reviews, it appears that a lot of people make the same mistakes when applying. The screen protector has its own protective film, which is very thin and tears easily. But it doesn't mean you can't still apply the protector. Some people get the 2 mixed up and it would be helpful if the film was tinted to distinguish it from the actual protector. But following the skimpy instructions it's easy enough. The trick is to put the protector in the jig (the top part is elevated) then squeegee SLOWLY from the bottom to the top, which in turn pulls the protector away from the jig's pins. It looks like it's going to rip, but it won't. Only detach it when you have reached the top of the screen then peel away the film (that will still have its tabs attached). Any fingerprints caught on the protector will fade away in time and a light rubbing on any air bubbles should be easy enough. It's a bit expensive but it's the only screen protector I trust. Just have a little patience, go slowly and use a great deal of care, and you will be happy with the results.

So, I installed per the instructions, I fold the phone a few times and its just peeled straight back off just below the fold. I honestly do not recommend.. edit: Decided to buy a second to make sure it wasn't something to do with my application process. But this time it was even worse, will drop to 1 star. This time it wasn't even the application, I couldn't really even get that far. The plastic jig had broken, one of the pins on the top had cleanly snapped of, I thought, not a real issue, the other two were still there and I could keep the tension my self, that worked. Until I went to remove the top cover of the actual screen protector, it wouldn't remove, it ripped the screen protector, so now, I'm sitting here, with no screen protector on a phone that really really needs one, because of this low quality rubbish. And to think this cost £16.99 at the time of purchase..

The screen protector as delivered promptly and the contents were as described. The instructional video was comprehensive although I found it helpful to watch additional YouTube videos. This gave me the confidence to proceed. I must admit I was a little apprehensive to start with. The only difficulty was removal of the original factory fitted screen protector. However the little tool provided made the job much easier. I also started to remove it where the original had begun to lift where the phone folds. The provided jig made the installation quite straight forward. I paid particular attention to cleaning and dust removal with the materials provided. I also wore powder free latex gloves (not included) throughout. I am very pleased with the results, which I think may even be better than the original. The screen protector couldn't fit any better, with all the cutouts centered in the right place. In use it feels a lot smoother than the original. I also think the screen appears brighter, but that may be just my impression. I really didn't think I could achieve such professional results. Thanks to the jig and the quality materials provided. So although the initial price seemed a little expensive, the quality and end result make it worthwhile. If like me you were disappointed to find the z flip 3 original coming away from the screen, I'd highly recommend this product - it's well worth the money.

Firstly, I must confess that I was also a bit confused by the instructions, and initially thought this was possibly the worst screen protector I'd ever bought! However, after stripping it off again in a fit of disappointed rage I realised that what I was actually looking at was the protector's carrier sheet. You don't tear off the top and bottom pieces, you simply fold them back on themselves to break where they join and pull the whole thing off, the screen protector is left behind, and so well affixed that it looks like there's nothing there! The photos on here that look like it's full of bubbles and not sticking to the crease is the plastic covering of the screen protector and not the protector itself, so watch and re-watch the video tutorial, especially the final part! Where is loses stars is two fold, 1. it's expensive, and 2. very wasteful. My photo is of the plastic that will now have to be disposed of, single use! You cannot just buy the actual screensaver on it's own, in this day and age I find this appalling, and to be honest, if I'd known I probably wouldn't have purchased. So yes, the screen protector works very well when fitted correctly, but the waste plastic really lets it down.

After 6 months or so my flip 3 had a large crease/ bubble all across the centre and was getting worse. Samsung offered repair but I didn't want to wait 10 days and they were talking about replacing whole screen so looked into DIY! Was a little apprehensive (didn't want to damage the screen further and could see some bad reviews on this product) but glad I took the gamble! The original protector was easy to peel off and, to my surprise, the screen underneath had no damage at all. The new screen protector is perfect so far and feels just like original to me. You do only get 1 in the pack so be careful when applying but there's a plastic tray to sit the phone in and you kind of hang it up; which sounds complicated but I found it really easy first time and always have been rubbish in doing these in the past on regular phones!

The original screen protector on my Flip had started to crack at the hinge. My guess is from not letting it warm up enough from the winter cold here in Canada. I put up with it until now because it was getting worse and I was worried about the actual screen being damaged by the protector. I wasn't about to fuss with Samsung since there are no Samsung stores or certified repair shops anywhere nearby. I did a bit of research and chose this as the best option for me. I have to say I wish I had had this screen protector from the start. For one, it actually covers the whole viewable area of the screen. The preapplied screen protector leaves gaps along the edges which diminishes the viewing experience. Second, it feels great. Not quite like glass, but for being plastic, it is very, very close due. The included jig and tools used to apply the screen protector means you don't even have to worry about aligning anything. Just set it up properly, give it a swipe with the squeegee, and it'll be perfect. Just don't be like me and accidentally stick your fingertip in the middle of the sticky side of the protector. Still turned out great though, only the tiniest of a hint I didn't do a 100% perfect job haha. TLDR; Even (perhaps especially) if you're not a pro at applying screen protectors, until something happens that makes me change my mind, I definitely recommend this product. Feels great, looks great, and not even that expensive when you consider how easy the application is.

Ce produit permet de changer soi-même le film protecteur d'un Samsung Z FLIP qui, il faut le dire, se degrade assez rapidement et coûte cher à remplacer chez le réparateur choisi par Samsung. Les instructions et le vidéo sont clairs et permet de bien installer le film. Merci !

Natürlich hatte auch ich "Bammel", dass bei Tausch der durch Samsung installierten Folie die Garantie verloren geht. Dass durch Samsung eine Folie installiert wurde, die "Bestandteil des Displays" ist und qualitativ nur wenige Monate funktional bleibt (Ablösungen / Blasenbildung im "Knick" nach wenigen Wochen der Nutzung), stößt auch bei mir auf Unverständnis. Aus diesem Grunde habe ich etwas gesucht, was das Lösen der bisherigen Folie und Aufbringung der neuen "risikolos" und "idiotensicher" macht. Die Folie dieses Herstellers erfüllt alle Versprechungen. Das blasenfreie, korrekt ausgerichtete Aufbringen dieser sehr hochwertigen Folie ist dank des mitgelieferten "Träger-Rahmens" ein Kinderspiel, wenn man den Anweisungen des YT-Videos Schritt für Schritt peinlichst genau folgt. Ich habe nun ein wertiges Gerät, das optisch so ausschaut, wie es vom Hersteller angepriesen wird. Alle Dinge, die zum Lösen der alten Folie und Aufbringen der neuen nötig sind, sind enthalten. Auch wenn (leider) nach Aufbringen gefühlt viel Müll übrig bleibt, lohnt sich der Kauf dieses Produktes / der Mehrpreis für dieses Produkt allemal. Die Folie fühlt sich besser als die werksseitige an. Es blieb nicht eine Blase zurück. Nach einer Woche intensiver Nutzung bin ich immer noch schwer begeistert. 5 Sterne (bis jetzt)!

muy sorprendido por lo facil que es instalarlo con la plantilla incluida en el kit. Muy importante seguirr las instrucciones al detalle. De momento ninguna burbuja y pegado perfecto en la bisagra. Espero que dure más que el original
