Best nasal decongestant I have used – and I have frequent sinus/congestion problems. The spray was recommended by a doctor for an ear problem I was having: using the spray (nasally, as usual!) the inner ear problem cleared up. I have found it extremely beneficial for ease of breathing. The spray works quickly and effectively, but needs cautious use in the long term as it contains a steroid.

Blocked nose had me feeling like a fish out of water. One spray and boom, instantly clear. Works crazy fast and lasts for hours. Only downside? Use it too much, and your nose gets lazy. But for those times you really need to breathe, this stuff is a lifesaver. Worth every penny!

Love this stuff whenever I'm feeling a bit blocked, does its job very quickly. Proper fresh feeling when used too, could be a bit strong for some but I like that 'wake you up' hit. Tends to run down fairly quickly but a spray will keep you free for a good few hours.

Works in a minute and completely clears congestion but no good if you have a long term problem because it can become addictive and make the problem worse
