This colorful photo banner is perfect to display your child's monthly first year pictures on their special day. Each pennant is die cut for that unique circus inspired shape and is layered with pattern paper to give your 4x6 vertical picture a nice border. Double sided tape, regular tape or glue dots (not included) can be used to attach the picture. The outer layer measures approximately 8x6 inches. The 13 pennants are labeled NB to 12 and each label is attached by foam adhesive giving the labels some dimension. Ribbon is tied together, not strung as shown in the photos.
