COIYUFUX Extra Wide Bariatric Socks Diabetic Sock for Lymphedema Swollen Edema Cast Leg Calf 2 Pairs

Because of an accident, I needed surgery on both knees and both feet, something that caused my legs and feet to swell a bit afterward. I tried compression socks, but honestly, I couldn't get them on, no matter what I tried or how hard I tried. So, I turned to these socks. I'm not sure what a bariatric sock is, but I do know these socks were made for wide legs. I'm athletic, so I have naturally developed calves, and with the swelling from the surgery, I needed something that wouldn't be binding because I had to wear the socks day and night. My orthopedic surgeon gave the okay for me to wear these socks. (Don't wear socks all the time without checking with your doctor first.) These socks were wide enough to go over my swollen feet and legs, yet they stayed up with no problems. They were very comfortable. My swelling is almost gone now, but I continue to wear the socks. These socks wash well, and I didn't experience any loss of elasticity or "grip" due to washing. They also didn't shrink. Putting on a washed pair was like putting on a new pair. I wouldn't say these socks are fashionable, but when you're recovering from surgery, you choose comfort over fashion. At least, I do. I think these socks are very reasonably priced, and I feel I got a lot for my money. If you need wide socks for any reason at all, I would definitely recommend these.

these are stretchy . it works real well for swelling! thickness pretty good.. I think a tad thicker would be better in colder states.. happy with product. will buy again

These socks are extremely comfortable. They did not leave a mark around my calf. The only reason I gave a 4 star rating is because of the price. Other then that I would highly recommend these socks.

I have severe Lymphoma in my legs and feet. Need to keep my fragile skin protected. The calf of the socks is very stretchy and comfortable, BUT, the seam at end of toes is rather thick, and scratchy, not something I want rubbing on my skin, and these socks would be harmful to someone if they were Diabetic and needs to keep the fragile skin on their feet protected. I am keeping the socks, just wear them inside out to keep rough seam away from toes. I would always be wearing long pants so no one could tell the socks are inside out, not a fashion show for me, just comfort.

I do not have very wide calves. But, I was preparing for knee surgery which I thought would need less pressure on my lower legs. I was very grateful to find these socks. They are the most comfortable ever! not at all saggy. Still snuggish. But not painful like many many high calf socks. Enough said..

These socks are thick and cushy on the feet, then have a different, lightly stretchy part up the ankle and calf. The leg part is not so tight that it leaves indentations on my skin. It somehow stays up but without squeezing. Not sure how durable the lightly elastic mesh-like leg portion will be in the long run. I treat the socks gently because I like them and want them to last. I’m an older woman who wears a 10W shoe and has somewhat thick calves. These socks work well for me.

These socks are excellent. Tried everything for my husband and his lymphodema but these actually work. I have never seen his leg looking so well and they are very comfortable.

These socks have been a godsend for my husband they dont make his legs swell and itch,which drove him crazy... He loves these socks.. Highly recommend
