I'm SO GLAD I got these! They are perfect! Comfortable. Smooth. Nice grip. Fun colors to make the sizes identifiable. I love that the aluminum is colored too. The metal goes all the way through the handle making these very sturdy! They feel so nice in my hand!! (Unlike a different set I bought previously on Amazon and returned because they were so uncomfortable. I didn't realize how bad the other ones were until I tried these. There is no comparison.) BUY THESE HOOKS!!! You can't beat the price and they are just right!! I can't say enough!!

Love these and they’re the only ones with colored heads. My favorite and I have recommended many times over. Very durable.

Ok these are the best "cheap generic ergo hooks on Amazon" I've bought so far. They are full tonged, the rubber Smells good and doesn't stick (wuw), and the hooks themselves are mostly smooth. There are still flaws but waay less than some other hooks I've bought from Amazon. They are shorter than the other generic ergo hooks, but that's fine by me since I have small hands.In the picture, the hook to the far left is from another generic hook brand (yarniss(and those stink like a chemical processing plant))

Okay, starting with the good:I love the handle. It fits well in my hand and is easy to maneuver. It is also nice and lightweight.The light is a cool feature and really helps with working with black yarn and tight stitches.It is easy to insert and remove the hooks and they are tightly attached. No wiggling.The bad:The hook itself is nonexistent. It is more like a tiny shelf. I ended up taking a knife and Emory board to them and making them into actual hooks. Unfortunately, the 3.5mm hook broke. Probably because of my alterations, but it would have been useless without them, so I can’t regret it.The rubber on the handle is not adhered to it, so it rotates as I use it. I’m not actually mad at this, but it may turn off some people.I still use them, but I do t think I would be able to if I hadn’t shaved them down. Overall, I’m happy with having some extra hooks, but not super happy with their quality. If you are willing to put in a bit of shaving work, or you are some kind of magic and can use a tiny shelf to crochet, these are for you. They’re cheap and kinda cool, so I’m okay with it. I got what I paid for.

Would have loved to see the cute crochet hooks in the photo. I was very excited for this delivery today and open the package as soon as I received it. Much to my disappointment these are not the hooks I've purchased and 4 ARE MISSING ENTIRELY. I've already ordered a replacement set but this really is appalling service.

These help the soreness of Crocheting for hours. They work well if you hold hook like a pen/pencil. A couple weren't centered correctly. For, me that wasn't a big problem, as those hooks weren't the size I like to use. For those who crochet a lot knows what I'm talking about.I would recommend this item to those that crochet more than a hour a day.

This is, I think, a case of form over function. The hooks are very pretty to look at, but the shafts are short and the metal isn't as smooth as I would like. The hook I used (5mm, H) did NOT snag the acrylic yarn I am working with, but it doesn't go through the yarn and loops as smoothly as the BeCraftee hook (the set that comes in the plastic packaging alone), or other metal hooks, like Clover Soft Touch, Susan Bates Silvalume, and so on. I haven't used any of the other hooks so far, but the 5mm/H hook from this set is the roughest I own, save two Pony aluminum hooks, which are the most basic, inexpensive, colorless gray hooks. Maybe I'll try a different set of colored hooks with ergonomic handles...

Really wanted to love these - the handles are great and fit well in my hand. (I’ve been struggling with hand pain while crocheting) Used 2 of the smaller hooks and they were great! Today I popped out the larger ones to use and they won’t slide through the yarn like they should. The largest 3 have micro scratches on them, like the metal is rough, and the yarn catches/strains to pass through when stitching. I washed one thinking it was just a residue of some kind, but that’s when I realized it’s the texture of the actual metal. I’m not new to crochet, so I grabbed a non ergonomic hook I have of the same size and it worked perfectly. (The yarn was new so I wanted to verify it was a hook issue and not a yarn issue.) Pretty disappointed because they would be great hooks if they were useable. I did give 2 stars because I’ll be able to use some of them, but I really needed all these sizes which is why I got this set.
