This review is long overdue as I've had these products for a good 6 months now. First off, don't put the rechargeable base in the fridge/freezer and screw it up like I did. However, since that wasn't initially listed technically, the VOLTRX team sent me a replacement with free expedited shipping of any model of my choosing. Especially for Amazon lately, that's pretty great customer service. Then I bought a second one which (My fault!) I chipped at the bottom because I am reckless with these things, and it doesn't stay locked in now. Still spins, but I gotta hold it while I'm using it. So now I am buying 2 more because I am OCD and want different colors for smoothie/juices, coffee, or other. This is the best mixer/shaker I have tried out of almost a dozen over the past several years. People need to understand this is NOT a Blender, it is a shaker. If you want a hand-held *blender* then go pay $50-100 more for a Ninja or something that has sharp blades. That being said, this mixes protein drinks, smoothies, coffee, even yogurt/ice cream when it's softer. It's powerful, charges fast, lasts a while, it's easy to clean, and a great product overall. My only 'gripe' would be that there are seemingly two models that only vary by the size of the twist-lock on the bottom, and you'll get one or the other. Premium or VortexBoost, but not a huge deal if you care for your items properly (I do not, that is on me...) Happy to get a couple more and I am happy to see out of the slew of knockoff & spam companies from China that overwhelm Amazon, there are still good companies out there. AMAZON TIP: Make sure you're buying from Amazon.com or 'VOLTRX Direct' from Hong Kong specifically, that's their official legit company.

I don't give many reviews unless I really hate or like something. This shaker, I LOVE. All of the shakers that I have purchased before this one, will all end up in the trash. All of them leaked and made a genuine mess each and every time I use them. This shaker mixes thought and completely. Not once has it made a mess. I am on the road 70 hours each week and I take it with me, always. Chia seeds or whey, work great. Well done and thank you for an awesome shaker.

Love This Bottle I absolutely love this VOLTRX Premium Electric Shaker Bottle. I use it for my protein shakes and other drinks, and it mixes everything quickly and smoothly. It is very convenient, easy to use, and easy to clean. I use it all the time and I’m very happy with it.

I was tired of shaking a bottle with a loud metal ball in it that wakes the whole house every time and still leaved chunks of powder, so these bottles seemed like the perfect solution. And largely, they are. Easier to clean, smoother mix, and generally quieter. However, the battery life they advertise is a flat out lie. This runs for 8 -10 cycles before the battery flashes low. They advertise something like 30 days of use on one charge. Maybe if you use it once a week, but that's not realistic for most people using this for daily protein shakes. Make the base a half inch thicker to give us more battery and add a couple bucks to the price and problem solved. The actual mixer motor could be stronger, too. It feels like they cheaped out on the strength of the mixing motor itself to just BARELY have the strength to mix a scoop of protien shake powder with milk and didn't give you a single ounce of more power than was absolutely necessary to technically mix it up. To be fair, I drink double strength protien shakes (two scoops) so that's my use case, but still, make a "Voltrx Pro" model or something with more mixing power and more battery life, charge 25% to 50% more and I'd buy the heck out of that. They cut corners to get this at the price point they wanted and you can tell. That said, it's still a four star product as is and fixes the issues I had with the famous Blender Bottles which I assume are their prime competitors.

So I bought this on a whim. I was tired of the shakers. It seems like every shaker I buy just doesn't seal well either immediately or over a short period of time. I always seem to find out in a white shirt and its a red amino supplement I'm shaking. To be honest i gave up on shakers and have been using an emulsifier with either a whisk or other attachment. I got this on a whim of "its less than $30 and dudes appear to not be overly hyped." I'm gonna change that with this review. Dude, I don't even use the lid. (No shaker fails at the wrong time, check). I use it each morning and after each workout for recovery. The lid literally sits next to the Ikea mat i dry this on everyday. I push the button after adding water just under the 14oz mark. I add my Orgain (2 scoops) and Amino energy (2 scoops). Usually the vortex stops after the protein powder. And that is because I'm slow or distracted for a second. phone, vitamins, blah. Anyway.. I push it again to add the amino mix. It blends up perfect (NO RANDOM CHUNKS, CHECK). It blends so well that it froths up one flavor of the protein powder, i don't mind. I just add another 12oz of water when finished and swirl again. Gone. I've had this all December 2023, it's the 26th. I've charged it when i first got it. Everyday, triple spin on one use, and twice a day three/four times a week. So i hit that button 30+ times a week. 4 weeks deep and on the same charge. Yeah, how about that. Now cleaning. I hand wash it with just water after each use and then a dawn power spray stuff every other day. It's clean. It takes about a minute to rinse it. This isn't complicated or a pain. I literally just wash it while washing my hands. Needless to say my shaker things are all in the recycling bin. Never again. I can trust this thing. The cool colors would be nice or some RGB lights to up the aesthetics or something. But i have the plain old lowest priced, entry level black one. Priorities first and i was skeptical. It works. Buy it. And buy yourself the cool colors and jazzed up version. Do as instructed and it just makes life easier. ****2 Month Update**** Still going strong. I found it does slow down mixing with other, thicker, protein powders (eg Equate Organic Protein from Walmart). But it still stirs it up. Battery life is still pleasantly good maybe not as lasting as before. But I'll also add that others in the house have been using it. Still just as stoked about it as when i first got it. I want another one but don't need one. I can say that others in the house may need to get their own.

Edit after a bit more experience with the mixer. I have found that if you keep the base 100 percent fully charged, and only fill the cup with 320ml (the graduations are on the side but this amount covers the mixing paddle by about 1/4", and then the mixer can mix 1 scoop of protein powder acceptably. I was used to other tornado-style mixers that could mix a whole cup of liquid with two scoops of powder, but this one has it's limitations. So, to be fair, I raised the review up one star and I am keeping the cup. I wish this had more power, if so it would be awesome, as it is it is just acceptable. I will be watching for an improved version, I know they have it in them considering all that is right about this mixer. End of Edit. I have been trying to find a decent mixer to put my protein powder in and get a good mix. I hate the shaker cups and these "vortex" style mixers would be great if you could find one that works and lasts. When I first unboxed this unit I thought I had found the one I had been looking for, but now that I have been using it for a few weeks I am extremely disappointed with the product. What I like - it is sturdy looking and I love that the base has a charging indication that shows how much of a charge the base has and progress as it is charging. The cup is quality plastic. I never use the lids on these things, but the lid is nicely made. What I don't like - The base does not lock onto the cup, you just set the cup on the base and turn it about 1/8 turn and you have to leave the cup in place on the base to operate it. That seemed odd to me. You are instructed to put the powder in after you start the mixer. Also not sure why - but per haps because.... This thing has NO POWER at all - it makes the Promixx 2 seem like a Vitamix! The Promixx never had any trouble mixing powder, I had to be careful not to fill that thing too high or it would start flinging liquid out of the top. This mixer cannot even mix in a single scoop of powder; I am sitting here drinking milk with chunks of protein powder in it. When you turn it on, it does not even create enough of a vortex to make the spinner visible - it just rotates the liquid and there is a glob of powder spinning on the top. Maybe this unit is defective? I will wait and see if anyone contacts me, but why can't a company make a quality mixing cup that will last and has enough power to mix powder into a liquid?? Especially for $30! I should have just bought another Promixx knowing that it would only last a year. Lesson learned.

This electric shaker bottle is excellent! It mixes my collagen powder so there are no clumps. Perfect for traveling or on the go. Added bonus that the base lights up when mixing! Durable, easy to recharge, and well made. I contacted customer service about a replacement sealing ring, which currently is not available for purchase. Even though my bottle is out of warranty, Judith (excellent rep) sent me a replacement bottle anyway. And she let her team know Voltrx should offer replacement sealing rings for this model. Thank you Judith for your attentiveness! Will definitely check out their other products!

Great product in general. I use it everyday . But it stop charging after one year of purchase . I bought it May 1025.
