the working pieces are good
in general, the light temperature and brightness are great BUT out of 18 lights I bought, 4 are not working.Update: after a week of use, more peices started to die! Now almost half of them need to be changed.

UPDATE: Bulb stopped working less than 6 months after install
Just talked to a representative from the seller, Bulbs n More and they are shipping a replacement bulb. Wish I wouldn't have had to spend the time...but VERY HAPPY with the service. The bulbs are in our dining room, highlighting our art...so they are rarely turned on. One bulb burned out less than six months after it was installed. Now I have to order a 6 pack at another $40 to replace one bulb. I was very happy with the price for 6 but not that much for one.

Light colour was the important feature along with the ability to dim.
I have a number of these lights in the ceiling above my pool table and the light is fantastic. great product

If you need 'em, they're great!
Brighter, and whiter. Perfect for spotlighting outdoor signs. Normal landscaping should probably stay with 2700/3000, but these illuminate signage perfectly! I don't know about longevity... I just got them!

Nice Color, inconsistent quality
I bought these bulbs because they were the only MR16 GU5.3 bulbs I could find that were rated for enclosed fixtures. I am using them in ceiling pot lights so this was important. I expected that they wouldn't work with the dimmer switch I have because I've had issues with LEDs and older dimmers in the past.The good:- The bright white (3000k) color was exactly what I wanted. The perfect white with a hint of warmth without being overly yellow.- To my surprise, the bulbs worked very well with the Lutron dimmer that was installed with the halogen bulbs that the Luxrite LEDs replacedThe not so good:- After only a month, one of the bulbs has become intermittent. It turns off and on randomly. There are four of these bulbs on the same switch but just the one goes off every now and then and comes back on at random intervals.I guess out of six bulbs that isn't terrible, but it isn't great that it happened so soon after installing them.
