Our household uses this frequently which is why I have it set up on subscribe & save. The quality is consistently great and it tastes good. We use it for soups and for cooking quinoa and rice. We buy the low sodium option because we get plenty of salt in our diet already. We feel better knowing that this helps cut down on the salt intake. The containers are easy to store and use. The pricing has been great lately and has been beating any of prices we have found in our local grocery stores. We will continue to buy this product.

Shopping-wise, it is hard being a vegetarian. And soup broths are particularly difficult. Finding Chicken or Beef broth at the stores is easy. Veggie broth not as easy. And LOW SODIUM Veggie Stock...next to impossible. So when I see a great price on Amazon, I order a case. And in case you missed it, this product is ORGANIC. All around...a great buy.

I'm a super lazy cook who wants to eat healthy, delicious foods. I use this broth as the base for my homemade lentil soup. I dump two or three packages into my crockpot along with frozen broccoli, frozen carrots, and frozen onions; dried red lentils, dried celery, Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb, DelMonte canned no salt diced tomatos, bay leaves, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar. The total time to prepare is 15 minutes. Then it cooks on high for six hours, and it's done. Of course, it's even better the second, third or fourth day.

This soup with its reduced sodium is ideal for those of us who want to avoid excessive salt--which can raise blood pressure considerably. It does not taste good on its own but is ideal for use in cooking other items.
