no. lol. no phasers do that unless they have an envelope function. if you want a phaser to do that, look for an electro harmonix poly phase or similar. this is a classix mxr style circuit with jfets. very basic one knob phaser. goes from barely noticeable speed to ludicrous spinning. sounds great for what it is, but no, no touch sensitivity.
