I had another person call me to test the call sound quality and it was very clear at both ends. Now, here is what I was disappointed in. The instructions need improvement. For example, there is no explanation of what the included fuse is for and where it would go. It comes with an Aux cable, but it does not explain how to use the device with it. It would be good if somehow the device had memory so that it did not go back to the default settings when restarted. The lighted display is good but the dancing bars really have no purpose. Most importantly, none of the function buttons are lit up so at night you cannot see where the buttons are to pick up a call, change songs, pause, etc. It would be better to illuminate the buttons that you need to see rather than the dancing music bars. Also, I discovered that the audio is not stereo. It is mono. I played several songs from my phone that I know have distinct stereo separation and also googled stereo test sites (right and left speaker tests) and confirmed the device did not produce stereo. Overall, the device is very promising and does have some great features, but the lack of stereo and lit function buttons is a problem for me. I did contact Nulaxy customer service about my issues and was very pleased that they responded immediately and are willing to do whatever is needed to satisfy me. Now, the big thing is that I had mentioned that when I played it through an FM station, it would only play in mono and not stereo. But I discovered that when I play it through the Aux port, it does play in stereo. This may be helpful to others who also noted they could not get stereo sound.
