Stick to Electronics....
To start off, I wanted to say that I'm honestly biased toward Razer because I started gaming on all of their products and I liked having a single brand setup because of how clean it looked. All of their hardware has been trusted and worked fine for me and I loved all of it. This chair, however, is NOT worthy of any Razer branding because of how poor the quality is. I have had slue of issues from this product and I'm going to detail them in the order at which I noticed them.1). Once assembled, I sat down for the first time and started making my comfort adjustments only to notice that the arms of the chair don't adjust back far enough for me elbows to rest on the, at all. The space between the back of the chair and the arms is somewhere in the ballpark of 6 inches deep so I HAVE to resort to using my desk as my arm rests.2). After using the chair for about a week, I started noticing straining and discomfort in my neck and upper back region. Mind you, my comfort is not necessarily the same as everyone else's, but I prefer to be able to recline slightly and then let the seat tip back to its maximum lean. Because of the shape of the back of the chair, I have to force my neck forward hard just to utilize the comfort of the lean. This forced me to have to buy a cushion for the head of the chair and (being the fanboy that I am) I obviously bought a Razer head cushion so it would match. This was an additional $40 just to make the chair comfortable enough to sit in for extended periods of time.3). One day, while I was finally getting used to the chair, I leaned forward slightly and went to adjust myself in my seat by pushing off of both arm rests enough to just barely lift myself out of the seat of the chair. As I leaned onto the left arm, I heard a crack, fell back into the chair, and now saw that the arm was careened sideways PAST the last of the 3 predetermined adjustment points. I would like to note that I am a 6 foot tall, 200 pond male. I am by no means obese, nor do I recklessly abuse the function of the chair. I sit, I adjust, I lean, and that's it. The other facet of this issue is that the arm broke only 4-5 months into me owning the chair.4). About a month ago, I noticed that my arms (which weren't resting on the useless broken arms of the chair) were resting at a different position than they normally do on my desk. I looked at the tip of the arms because I adjusted the chair to sit as close to the bottom of my table as it could once I was in full lean and they were about 2-3 inches below it. I adjusted the chair up and went on my day. Not even a week later, I sat down on the chair and felt a large shift as the chair sunk down lower into the cylinder and it was back at the bottom of its adjustment. Again, I'm not a huge person, and I don't do jumps from the top rope into this chair when I sit down. It simply started giving out. It still adjusts when I use the lever on the side, but unless I sit into the chair gingerly, its guaranteed to sink. All in all, I love razer products and I'll probably never stop buying them. I have a razer headset, mouse, keyboard, key pad, and mouse pad. They all work fine for the most part (the key pad is a little finnicky). But, I will NEVER buy another razer gaming chair and I would hope that anyone who made it to this point in my review takes my advices and spends their $350-400 on a company that specifically makes chairs. Razer should have stayed in their lane and stuck to the gaming accessory business. The chair is sleek, modern, and looks like a top dollar chair, but all it does is make them look bad.

Good buy
Bought this for my teen son who’s very rough on his chairs. He’s had it for just over a year and it still looks brand new. Very impressed with the quality and comfort of this chair and I would definitely buy it again.

Beware
I don’t like leaving bad reviews but I want people to be aware of what their buying. I weigh about 215 pounds and am 6’1” so I need a good chair that’s durable. When I saw this chair I thought it cost more than the average chair but that probably means it will last longer. Of course I found out that that is not always the case. I bought the chair last year in October and it already is falling apart. The chair was good up until 2 weeks ago but now the bottom part of the chair is cracking which is making my seat lean to the side of the crack. I am looking at buying a new chair as this one is close to breaking fully. Just very disappointed as this chair was not cheap.

Looks and feels great, could have longer armrests/pillow should be included at this price.
This chair took my bf no time to set up. Most people want to know: Is it comfortable? Does it look good? I'd say this chair has a pristine aesthetic, very modern/tech looking with high quality materials, accents, and a very saturated green logo/lettering. The seems look fantastic. It is one of the more comfortable gaming chairs, and if you don't like buckets seats the curvature on this makes it barely a bucket, so I keep a black fur/fleece microfiber blanket on top to protect the fabric in the chair, and it makes it perfect. No more bucket! The seat is firm but does have a liiiitle but of give so it feels like a cushion, not a pillow, not a board. Now for me I'm a ~120lb 5"4 woman, I have been 150lbs in this chair as well. I like the curve of the backrest and it translates well to the full range of recline it has. I will be buying their pillow though, as the hard plastic part for the headrest is too hard in the back of my skull when laying hard on it. I want their light up pillow, of course.I think the armrests could be LONGER, like long going towards your back. My elbows hang off this thing sitting some ways that are causal and natural, and I'm short so I can only imagine regular sized or tall people will have a rougher time with this. You wouldn't need to buy their next enki up, the "3d" version of the armrest if the armrests were long enough. I mean most armchairs I know have their armrest going well past your elbow, almost at the backrest or connected to the backrest. "table" wise. The width is fine.Overall if you're looking for a razer brand chair that's low in price, "but can you do this", comfy, and has that minimalist, razer brand modern gamer aesthetic, I would leap for this one, just know some of the drawbacks are there, although those drawbacks do force you to want to actually have good posture more often. You're going to want a pillow or something to cushion you from the plastic on the head part of the backrest. The 2nd armrest leaves a lot to be desired, not because you should have bought the 3d version, but because Razer made the armrests not long enough.
