I’ve use this a total of eight times, and every time I have to re-inflate to 15 psi from 5 psi. It’s starting to separate at the same on the top. The fin holder is peeling off and it’s separating at the seems. I’m disappointed it’s not lasting longer for the price. 6/28/23- after going back and forth with emails. They do answer in a timely manner. They said “ ok friend, do you mind help provide the original one here, then we will provide the replacement soon, thank you so much for your kind helpwill send the replacement soon today”. I will update after I receive my replacement. 7/2/23 Update! I received my NEW SUP package today! I do have to mail my old one back at my expense but, Not only did they replace my board but they replaced the whole package system! I’m more than happy 😃! They answered my emails in a timely manner and shipped my new package in a fast fashion! They stood behind their product and have superior customer support!!! Feel confident to buy from this company. Thank you from a happy customer ☺️7/16/23 the replacement was used. It’s holding air so far but re-glued and bubbles in the pvc.

Love the pretty paddle board, looks great in the water. I like that it’s easy to inflate, deflate, and pack back up in the backpack afterwards. The hand pump took forever for me (20 minutes) so I bought a SUP pump to make it easier. The only negative was the water proof bag it came with is not waterproof as my keys got wet. The shoulder carrying strap is the feature others are most excited about when they see my board and it is very helpful to have.

I bought this less than two years ago. The fins started to peel off earlier this year so I bought some marine grade glue and sealant and try to fix it myself. They are peeling off again so I contacted the company. The chat does not work or nobody responded. There’s no link on the help or support at the bottom of their website, and I try to send in an email. I have not gotten a response so I sent one more email today in hopes that they will respond. I just need to know what they recommend to keep those fins on. Otherwise I have really enjoyed using the paddleboard. I love all the D rings and have added kayak seats occasionally when needed. It’s been a good board if it weren’t for the fins. Really hoping the company responds.**update*** support responded, however they could not recommend a fix. They said I just needed the one main fin (so hopefully that one doesn’t peel off). They refunded me some money. I enjoy the board for now and will see how it goes when I try it without the small fins. Hopefully I can get a couple years out of the board.

The board appears to be built well, sturdy, and comfortable on my feet. The pump which came with it does not stay connected to the inlet for whatever reason. Not sure if that is user error or if that is a problem with the board or pump. I am very pleased with the board and included extras but the manufacturer could not take the time to ensure the spelling was correct on the board? If you check the photos in the listing, you will see the board says ‘21th century’ in the photos! It should say ‘21st century’! lol. It’s not the twenty-oneth or twenty-firth century! I could ignore an issue like that if it were say just on top; but in this case, ‘21th’ is on the top of board (flower - 21th century), on both sides of the board, rather prominently on the side I might add, and on the bottom of the board. It’s pretty embarrassing to be floating around and people notice. I’m going to see if I can find a marker to cover that up. These should be on deep discount because of this mistake. As a result, I gave this board a two star rating because the seller/maunfacturer failed terribly!!!

I am absolutely in love with this board. It is very cute and I get a lot of compliments on it. I like all of the things it comes with. The straps it has on it make it easy to pull around when needed. I would most definitely buy again!
