Comfortable
This Zafu is great, the Buckwheat husks offer gentle support. The cushion is very comfortable and I can do Sazen for long periods of time. I've decided to buy the Zabuton from Waterglider to go with it.

Ayuda a mantener una postura erguida en la meditación y resulta muy cómodo para las piernas y cadera. La calidad parece ser excelente. El tener una funda interior con el relleno hace que sea fácil lavar la funda externa. Tengo pocos días de usarlo, pero hasta ahora estoy muy satisfecha.
