Grips the bowling ball good, giving a more relaxed grip, and can hook yhe ball easier than without. If you bowl with no glove then try this glove have to learn how to adjust for a hook. I adjusted and improved by thr second game out of three. Had an easier time controlling my ball speed.

I participate in a weekly bowling league, the first time I have bowled regularly in over 25 years. I found I was developing calluses on my right hand from the pressure of holding my 16 pound ball. A much better bowler than me used this glove in our league, so I thought I'd give it a try, too. After weeks of use, calluses are gone! I wouldn't bowl now without it.
