500W Air-Cooled Spindle Kit

Excellent and quieter than the original spindle/router motor. I specifically got this as I haven't yet figured out mach3 and/or linuxcnc and wanted to ensure I had control over the motor. The previous motor sheared the main shaft and also the controller was getting too hot and going into safety. This one is as described. And the collets appear to work. I only used the 1/8" so far. Took about a half hour to go through everything. You will need to provide a power wire from mains to this. I cut the end off a pc power cable

Product delivered relative fast, without damage, good packed. Kit itself has everything as described, nothing missing. Quality is OK. Most important that motor has no vibrations and makes very little noise. Didn't checked collets yet, but i think they could be OK too. I wish price could be little bit lower, but overall i'm satisfied with product.

It came I had to wait like 3 weeks before it shipped but it did come earlier than expected. The packaging was a little damaged and it was missing the spindle mount and the spindle wrench, but this is cheaper than most and I was kinda expecting something like that to happen.

Even though the price is right, and the spindle-plus-power-supply seems to work as intended when given the 0-10v power signal to the Mach3 signal input (and also the manual potentiometer works as well), I am having a problem and have not be able to get support. There is "back current" on the Mach3 input terminals. It's 0.25V, which is just... enough... to make the spindle spin all on it's own. It seems to be noise from the PWM. If I could get this fixed, I'd rate it higher. As it is, I need to go shop for another Power Supply Unit.

First one blew sparks out, second one works. Return and replacement went extremely well.

Very powerful yet so quiet I can run it at night without worries of curses from next door. Somebody tell how much I should worry about the heat noticed it gets bit too for for touch.

Was very skeptical to buy at first, but glad I did First impressions Well packaged. Spindle seem to be of decent quality i only have a trim router to compare. Wiring was plenty only wish they had of exposed the two inside wires a bit and that just being picky. Power supply seems to be on the lower end side but it turns on and runs the spindle. It looks like there a fuse on the inside and if it is i wish it was accessible just just encase. And wish it came with a power button instead of the little wire loop. I will update in a little after using the spindle

Correspond à la description. Utilisation à la base piur une cnc mais pas le bon model donc je me suis fabriqué un petit tour pour faire mes flèches de queue de billard. Au top du top. Je recommande.
