This review is to counteract the 2 star review saying :This is not a secret rare.Although it is mis-entitled, it still is a great card(the japanese consider full arts secret rares so that may be where the error derives from)

This is not a secret rare, just a textured aka ultra rare. Secret rares will have golden outlines, textured feel and look, and a number greater than one at the bottom. Example: 123/120, 100/99, 70/67, etc... Non-example: 30/34, 17/100, 93/93, etc...
