Great customer service
Updated: After speaking with the company, they offered a refund but I requested for a replacement. The machine works good maybe I just got a bad one. The customer service was great. They listened to my concern and sent me a replacement. The new one is working great so far.

WASTED MONEY ON THIS COUNTER
Worked great for about 3 weeks. Now won't pull bills through, if it does pick them up. If they do go through they get stuck and have to manually pull them out, tearing bills to get them out. Cleaned regularly as instructed and still doesn't work. Don't waste our money!!!!!

Doesn’t count value
I was actually very excited to receive this… it’s very nice and accurate in count… it jst doesn’t count the actual value and sum of the cash… which is what I was looking for….
