Like Lotion for Your Insides
The taste is like licorice. For most teas, whether you like them or not, this can be improved by honey. I mostly rate it on effectiveness. It saved me a trip to urgent care. If you do have serious problems and are able to get to urgent care, go there first, but this saved me a trip further down the road.

Interesting irony
Amazon would not accept the review I submitted earlier citing "medical misinformation" because I said that this tea helps my daughter-in-law with her condition which is literally IN the name of this tea. So, still good tea, still bad screening by Amazon.

GAVE SEVERE STOMACH PAIN - BE CAREFUL
I just got the package on Saturday and tried one tea Sunday morning with a toast. I had severe stomach pain. Called my doctor and he said not to take this tea again. This morning I had my green tea as usual with a toast and no pain. The sellers does not have any warnings of side effects like this. I do not recommend for anybody to buy this tea without their doctor's review. Also, be careful because it has no return in case you get sick. I think a call to the FDA is the best way to go.
