Product is easy to use and set up. Device size is small which is a convenient to place it anywhere.The description says that remote doesn't have to be facing to the device to be controlled, but it is not working with the audio amplifier for which I bought this mainly. It only works when the remote is facing the device, not even slightly from sides.Also it doesn't allow to create any custom buttons just like I wanted to control volume for each speaker which I can do using the device remote.Asked the same question to the support but didn't get any satisfactory response.Not very pleased with the functionality.

The Broadlink app works great and can control everything as promised. Google integration hmmmm, difficult & clumsy, barely works overall. However; I can now turn on my window air conditioners before I get home' thats a win for me.
