Worst company and service
The product is not of good quality and the packaging of product was very bad. The parts of chair arrived broken and the seat was torn. Not worth for money. Don't buy it.They are not exchanging the order while there is exchange policy.

Worst qualoty
The media could not be loaded. I order this chair on 1st august got deliver on 07th august, it took me 2 hour installation because some screw were missing so I had to purchase also the right hand screw of the upper was already drilled was not able to remove, tried number of times but then got frustrated and somehow installed chair, it was very tough it took me 2 hours for install and to identify whats going wrongAfter installing the chair, it wasn't good it was tilting front when u seat its like you will feel you will fallI installed on 07th august Sunday and on 08 august 2022 in the evening 4.30 i sat on the chair and wheel got broke this is frustrating and ridiculousI hope the return and refund for it will go correctly

Average product. Not ideal for long sitting use, like gaming or office work
Pros: looks elegant with proper lumber support. Headrest pillow is good too. Leatherette gives premium feel with complete back supportCons: The whole chair load is on hydraulic gas lift pipe and if not careful, can damage pipe easily. Wheel base and wheels are plastic. Cushions underneath should have been better given its price because it feels like sitting on plywood.People with back pain or more leg length (like me) needs to purchase orthopaedic chair cushion separately to avoid and discomfort

Bad product as compare to quality
Hello guysI purchased this product and found the lower part of the product is not same as mentioned in the product image also chair is not much comfort as showing in the image. Hand rest also not good enough both are not in proper size and properly adjusting.I am not recommending this to other

Low quality but justifies price- BUT Screws missing
The quality of the chair is ok, but packaging was pathetic. NUmber of screws were missing leading to uncovinience.
