This is a great tool for sous vide. I use it for large quantities. It heats up water quite fast and maintains the temperature. At most it dropped a half a degree

I love it, when it works. BUT I CAN'T TRUST IT!
I do large batches for holidays, so it's important to have a Sous Vide stick that works well. This thing is a beast, and I have used the REALLY large Cambro containers for large batches of turkey breasts. (24hrs. @131) However, over the past month or two, it has been randomly turning OFF during cooks. Sometimes it just locks up and the unit does not respond. OR it says it's at 133 and it's really at 107... That kind of error can KILL someone. I have reached out to Anova. I will update when I hear back.

Good accessory bad app
It took a little bit to figure out but I found it useful. The app on the other hand sucks.
