I didn't love it at first because people were saying it's a great cheese substitute... I think it's great in itself. I use it on popcorn with pepper to spice up popcorn and I could eat it by the truck load, I also add it to salsa to thicken it... I have a V-B deficiency so this helps a lot on the week before my next shot.

I’ve been using this nutritional yeast for a couple of years now. I thought I’d write a review because you don’t have to be vegan to enjoy it! I actually put it on my afternoon plain air popped popcorn along with some spices and tiny bits of cheddar cheese. Spritz with a little water first to make it stick. Tastes great and gives me my necessary B vitamins!

Adds a nice flavor to popcorn. I first discovered yeasted popcorn at the Naro Theatre in Norfolk, Va. After moving away, I tried many additives to my corn, and then I found this on Amazon and have used it for many years. It adds no undesirable material to the treat and it is reported to be an aid to digestion.
