The best thing ever
This thing is amazing. I didn’t think a tiny pencil would work to cover up so well but it’s incredible! 100% worth the price. It not only covers fully and blends beautifully with natural color, it stays until shampoo, doesn’t transfer to hands when touching my hair or sheets, and it doesn’t leave hair with this terrible sticky texture like the L’Oréal magic root thing does - that stuff is the worst. This - this is amazing. I never write reviews but I am simply so blown away and happy with this I had to say something right away. I love how precise you can be with it too, because I only need to color a few areas between appointments… like if I put my hair up in a half ponytail for example, there’s temple patches. It works really well there as well as the few strands here and there on top of my head - and I can finally let them grow instead of plucking them, giving myself these horrible tiny little white hairs sticking out on top of my head lol. Anyway best thing ever, life saver, couldn’t recommend enough!

Amazing product!!!!
This thing is fantastic. You should really heat it up a little with your hair dryer to get the oils to spread the best. I just pencil some lightly on my grays and rub it around with my fingers to spread it/make sure there aren’t streaks. It’s way better than any sprays. I hope they never stop making it!

Bye bye grey side burns
I have never needed to color my hair but at 52, thing are starting to turn … lolThis little stick is amazing! Especially around the “side burns “when my hair is pulled up or around the forehead area of tiny greys!!! I’m hooked!

This stuff really works!
Only a little bit of use and if completely covers up my grays! I have a huge grey patch at my hairline and it completely covered it up! Already very happy with this product. It will probably save me hundreds at the salon between root touch ups.

Not for me
I was hoping the Bumble and Bumble color stick worked, and it did not, the Loreal spray is much better however, I didn't want to inhale so many chemicals, especially the darker colors, I do lowlights, the grays on black and dark brown hair grow out quickly and are noticeable, the stick goes on terribly, it fades quickly and it looks strange, almost fake, it also comes off on your hands just like the rest. The powders are a healthier alternative to use but they get on your ears and are messy especially when your hair is short. I do not recommend this product; the price was out of control it seems it would last a long time, but it's not worth the effort, or the look. I'm hoping to find a non-spray for health reasons as everyone should know what they're inhaling, it seems no one can get it right!

Best tool to use between colorings
My hairdresser recommended this. I bought some from the salon and tried it. It works great between my full hair colorings as well as extending the life of my home root touch ups. I don’t use it after every hair wash, but I use it for the times that I really want to hide the gray.I think the instructions say to put it on dry hair, however I prefer putting it on my hair when it’s wet before styling and dabbing off the extra with tissue. My hair has been dyed to a reddish brown and I wish they had a color to match that but the brown seems to work OK.

The best of touch-up products
This product is a dream-come-true for touching up gray hair between color treatments. I have dark brown hair, and going a few extra days between trips to the salon can lead to a lot of effort to hide the grays with teasing and styling. It is more of a solid powder than a cream product, so it provides coverage without adhering to the hair in a way that interferes with the coloring process. I have not had any issues with durability or spreading to my clothes, and my hairdresser praises it. Unlike many touch-up products, it does not alter the coloring process or form a waxy base that keeps future color from sticking. It is a bit pricey, but the stick has lasted for well over a year and is of great quality. It truly looks natural and adds a bit of lift as an added bonus. It is weightless and does not add a feeling of the hair being "dirty." This may be one of the best beauty products I've ever purchased - I hope B&B continues to keep it!
